Lewisville started with a bang, jumping out to an early lead in their half of the first scoring one runner on 2 hits. Langley made it exciting in the 9th, but they were unable to push the needed runs across. Ricardo Rodriguez(3-3) got credit for the victory, pitching 6 and 2/3 innings and allowing 2 runs. Rodriguez was helped out by Jesus Colome who recorded his 4th save. Mark Mulder(9-9) was charged with the loss.
